Don't live in this building. The landlord turns on the heat twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night for an hour. I could see my breath in my room. He gave me some song and dance about the radiator not being able to handle running all day long. So get a new radiator, Dude. I had to complain to the city but it's still not much better. Cross this place off your list!

I am not sure as what this person is talking about. We do not have radiators in none of our complexes. I think the reviewer is suffering from complications of drug abuse. he is clearly on a bad trip.
