FAQ for Landlords
Before you register
- How much does it cost?
- 100% Free. The service does not cost anything at all for the landlord. There is no commission/referral fee required.
- How do you make money?
- Landlord Center Solution does not make any money at all from the landlord. The website is 100% free for any user. No catch!
- How many listings can I add?
- You can add unlimited listings. Each listing will allow up to 8 photos. You can also add multiple listing properties such as apartment complexes. You will then be able to manage/delete vacancies as they become rented/available. You will also recieve your own URL for your apartment complex.
- Do the listings expire?
- Yes, after 60 days. After this time, you can renew it for how ever long you want for free.
- How long will the listings remain free?
- Forever. You will never be charged for the listing

How will I know if there are any prospective tenants?
- They will either send you an email or contact you directly
Listings Management
- How do I change it so my name does not appear in the listing?
- Each listing has an option for contact information. When you login, click 'edit building' and then scroll down until you see 'contact information'. Edit this how every you please. Keep in mind, the entire building has to have the same contact information.

- How do I edit my listing?
- There is two types of editing for your listing. You can edit the building or the units within the building.
1.Editing the building
Step 1: Login
Step 2: Select 'Edit Building'
Step 3: Edit your building features
2. Editing Units
Repeat steps above, but in Step 2, select 'Edit Units'.
