Spacious Studio 1/2 Block from USC

Description

I just transferred to USC this semester and took over this lease in January from two girls who had graduated. In March I had to decide whether or not to renew my lease and decided to do so. However, earlier this month I decided to join some of my teammates in a house they are leasing for next year. I have been living in this studio apt by myself this semester but it is definitely big enough for two people. I currently have a king size bed, a queen size futon, as well as a desk, table, mini fridge, and dresser in the main room. The kitchen is fairly spacious and comes with a microwave and fridge as well as a 4 stove top/ oven cooking range. There are also 2 large closets and a coat rack. The apt has a single bathroom with a nice shower. The apt is located a block from the Vermont entrance to USC and is just a 5-10 minute walk from the center of campus. The complex has a gated parking area and comes with 1 parking space with more available by request. The building is largely populated by students with some families scattered throughout the building, and is extremely safe. The apt is leased through cal student housing so feel free to contact them to verify this information. I am looking to transfer the lease any time after June 1st, and the lease would run through July 2009 at the rate of $1140/mo.
