My husband and I have a GREAT Condo for Rent. It is in Fresno on the border of Clovis. It is near WinCo and Costoc for GREAT grocery shopping! They are the Palm Lakes Condo's. It is a two story roughly 1200 sq foot. Two bedrooms, One Bathroom and a large patio upstairs. Downstairs a large family room, kitchen, half bath, dining room, and indoor laundry. Washer and dryer included. Also has new Fridge, Oven, Dishwasher and Disposal. We are looking for someone to take good care of our condo, because we hate to leave it. It has carpet and tile throughout, new paint and is well taken care of. There is also a clubhouse and a community pool that is GREAT to have in the summer! We are looking into possibly opening it up for Section 8 housing if needed. There is a HOA, and they take care of the grounds maintenance and water.
