All of these apartment communities have several things in common. They are all huge and most are nearly impossible to miss (although some are tucked away better than others). They were built within the last 15-20 years, most of the older ones have been romodeled, they all have 5-10 minute lake access, and......they all fiercely compete with each other for tenants.
